Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, applications, and requests.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines during interactions.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Conduct customer surveys to obtain feedback on service quality.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
