McInnes Rolled Rings in Erie, PA is seeking second and third shift maintenance team members to join our team.
What is a Maintenance Team Member at McInnes responsible for?
A Maintenance Team Member performs functions to ensure that all machinery, equipment, and structures are kept in good repair; including installation, repair, troubleshooting, adjustment, and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical machinery and equipment. They install, troubleshoot, and basic programming of industrial PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and AC drives. They complete preventive maintenance program tasks as scheduled and maintain the spare parts inventory. They put Safety first, and continually strive to improve safety conditions throughout the facility. They work hard to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with production personnel and help identify possible maintenance concerns as early as possible.

The Required Qualifications
5 years maintenance experience preferably in heavy industry or in-depth electrical controls experience or certification in an industrial maintenance curriculum. Must have mechanical and technical ability to understand and maintain machinery and read and interpret technical instructions. Must have sufficient math skills to perform required functions and should display initiative and creative thought in planning and carrying out required work.
