iStaffing is hiring a CSR in Irvine! The right candidate handles customer orders from various types of customers to include but not limited to retail, Wholesale orders for Food Service (vending companies and distributors), orders from the US Military, and sales activities for Central and South America. Processes orders. Interacts with brokers, regional sales managers, and members of organization shipping and accounting departments. Handles high volumes of emails and phone calls daily.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM – 4PM
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Provides customer service support including filing, resolving issues, and communicating with the organizations plant.
- Processes orders, checks inventory, and handles back orders.
- Ensures accuracy of order details like prices and quantities.
- Updates Brokers on order status and issues.
- Tracks and reports late orders.
- Manages credits, debts, and communicates with warehouses.
- Handles shipments and payments for Central and South America.
- Confirms shipments and verifies payments.
- Sends invoices and ensures payment.
- Supports the organizations military business with order and payment communication.
- Other tasks assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with superior interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work positively and professionally with sales managers, company managers, coworkers, and customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
