Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Aide to join our team. As a Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of patient care related to toxicology, environmental safety, and medication dosing flow. This position requires a commitment to understanding and implementing value-based health/payment principles in all job responsibilities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

Conduct unobserved and observed toxicology procedures as required, ensuring adherence to protocol and patient privacy.

Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring patient activities and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

Identify and address any patient care issues that may impact treatment outcomes, prioritizing patient safety at all times. In case of potential violence or altercation, seek assistance immediately.

Facilitate efficient flow for patients receiving medication, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal patient experience.

Provide coverage and support to engagement staff as needed, contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks such as faxing, taking phone messages, and other duties to support daily operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare or related field preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare settings, particularly in addiction treatment or related fields, is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
