As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers by phone and online. In this role you will
- Handle orders that come through via phone or website
- Contact customers to keep them informed
- Partner with other Brothers Main employees and vendor partners to meet customer needs
- Offer new ideas to improve processes and service
- Communicate customer concerns and feedback to management
