Description
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will efficiently assemble diagnostic kits, manage and maintain inventory, and assist with shipments and receiving inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble diagnostic kits according to established protocols.
- Fill facility orders.
- Help with shipments and receiving inventory.
- Count inventory.
- Manage and maintain inventory of assets, including iPads, printers, centrifuges, etc., shipped to field locations for SNFs and other purposes.
- Collaborate with team members for timely and accurate kit assembly and asset deployment.
- Monitor and track asset movements, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
- Perform quality checks on kits to ensure they meet required standards.
- Assist with labeling and packaging tasks as needed.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packing or assembly work is desirable.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to create labels and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to a job for at least one year.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to provide advance notice for time-off requests.
- Willingness to work additional hours when needed.
Ideal start date: July 6th, 2024
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Other Information:
Benefits start after the first full month as a full-time W2. For example, if you start as a W2 on Feb 1st or Feb 20th, your benefits start April 1st, after the first full month of March.

Effective March 2024, all newly hired employees will undergo a background check as part of the onboarding process. This requirement applies particularly to roles in patient or client-facing departments. Additionally, employees joining the courier team will need to provide motor history records as they will be operating company vehicles. The outcome of the background check will determine continued employment. The background check procedure is facilitated through the Checkr integration with Gusto during the onboarding process.
