**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills.
**Duties:**
- Answer incoming Customer Calls and book into the schedule
- Dispatch service techs to jobs - own the calander
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
- Ensure data security and integrity of electronic files
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in office management - preferably for a service business
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent phone ettique
- Ability to direct a team of service technicians to the needs of the business
- Strong file management skills
- Skilled in general administrative tasks
