**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified caregivers to fill open shifts/positions within the home care agency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Collaborate with case coordinators and HR to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct lead generation and research for talent acquisition
- Speak and write Spanish
- Knowledge of leveraging social media and other platforms for recruiting purposes
