Minder is a growing, national telehealth company focused on neuropsychology, which is the practice of diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders (such as dementia). Our team is passionate about helping patients get an expert diagnosis faster and cheaper than anywhere else. Many patients around the country today wait over a year to be seen, but with our innovative approach, we can help patients within 1-2 weeks!
We are looking to hire a full-time outbound sales representative and account manager to join our growing team! The role would be about a 70% outbound sales and 30% account management. Applicants MUST have at least 10 years of experience in outbound sales, 5 years of experience in account management, and 5 years sales experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling and emailing potential referral sources (e.g., neurology clinics, case managers)
- Nurturing and following up with referral sources and presenting/explaining our services
- Setting up and attending Zoom meetings with CRO to try to close partnership deals
- Communicating with current referral sources about patient progress (e.g., sending reports, communication about patient status, etc)
- Contributing ideas for improving outbound and/or marketing strategies
- Providing weekly sales updates to the CRO
Requirements
- Ability to be in front of your computer, free of distraction and noise, from 8am-4:30pm PST, CST, or EST Monday-Friday
- 10+ years in outbound sales (cold-calling, emailing, and researching outbound targets)
- 5+ years of account management experience (preferably in healthcare setting)
- 5+ years sales experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong computer and organization skills
- Highly self-motivated and enjoys spending all day talking to prospects on the phone
- Highly flexible- we are a growing company and your responsibilities will grow and/or shift
- Experience in healthcare, marketing, or helping a business grow is a plus
Compensation, Growth and Benefits
· Base salary of $50,000
· Annual Bonus of up to $50,000+, dependent on performance
· Ability to grow salary and bonus over time as a key team member of a growing company
