The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and accurately documenting information.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information
- Utilize phone and computer systems to input data accurately
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer personalities
