We are seeking a bi-lingual, Spanish-speaking, Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and an insurance background. In addition, applicants should have excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Insurance Customer Service Requirements:
· Current Property and Casualty licensed preferred. If not licensed, must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License within 90 days.
· Previous customer service experience required
· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
· Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification
· Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders
· Uncover additional needs the policy holder might have (ie: adding a homeowners policy to their auto insurance policy)
· Use current book of business to renew and add additional policies

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
