Mayfair Property Management is currently seeking an organized and dedicated Multi-Site Property Manager to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Set rental rates, negotiate, and enforce lease agreements.
- Collect rent, manage late payments, and handle operating expenses.
- Negotiate vendor and service provider pricing to maintain budget compliance.
- Inspect vacant units and assist in planning and overseeing renovations.
- Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work.
- Post notices as required.
- Assist with showings to minimize vacancy.
- Review applicant background screening results and make recommendations to mitigate risk.
- Ensure all pre-move-in requirements are fulfilled.
- Conduct monthly exterior inspections of properties in your portfolio.
- Prepare financial performance reports for properties.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential property management experience.
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must have reliable transportation and be okay with managing a portfolio of units in Palm Beach County. Also, a clear background screening required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail) and property management software (Preferably Buildium).
- CAM License is NOT required.
