Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
- Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
- Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
Qualifications:

- Excellent oral communication skills: clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of proper grammar

- BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) is a MUST
Details:
- Start Date: Monday 7/15/24
- PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 2 weeks
- Shifts available: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 10am and 12:30am after training period. All agents work ONE day of the weekend
- Pay: $15.40/hr plus performance pay
- Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Salary & Benefits:
The compensation package for this position starts at $15.40/hr plus performance pay if you qualify, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, employee assistance, matching 401K plan, and an unlimited referral bonus program (Make $$$ for referring your friends to join our team!).
