As a Front Office Manager at 360° Hotel Group, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. You will oversee a team of front desk agents, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and manage the hotel's reservation system.
We DON’T care if you have hotel experience.
We DO care that you have: experience managing teams, a desire to grow, and that you can work in a fast paced environment with transients.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
- Proven track record of your love for hospitality.
- Excellent references from past related employers.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
