At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time LPN to join our team at the Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside a team of professionals, all committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for substance use.
What You’ll Do
The primary functions of the LPN is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services at the Opioid Treatment Program (OPT) to facilitate positive outcomes for our patients. The LPN maintains accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and patient medication logs in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy environment for all patients in the OPT program.
How You’ll Benefit:
You’ll earn a competitive salary of $22-26/hour depending on experience. This full-time position offers a primary schedule of Monday-Friday first shift 6am-2pm with rotating weekends. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an empathetic and patient-focused individual to provide care in the Opioid Treatment Program. Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities are essential.
We also require the following:
- An active, unrestricted nursing license to practice in North Carolina
- Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
