Dessert Holdings is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in Kennesaw. This individual will under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position is for the overall coordination of issuing and returning materials and operation of the Warehouse including Receiving of materials, storage, and inventory of materials. This role is the primary liaison between warehouse and procurement. This role also works closely with production, warehouse, and IT.
Responsibilities and Contributions:

Primary focus is data entry for inputs into ERP System, including:

Input packaging schedule into Process Pro
-
Work order creation
-
Work order closing
-
Work order voiding at end of week and month end for any not used.

Investigate work orders that don’t match working with the production and warehouse teams.

For Month End, all work orders must be closed and voided if not used on Saturday

Assists in training program implementation of those using the ERP system

Assists in investigating inventory discrepancies and works with WH leadership to support.

Reviews current inventory and coordinates WH to pull inventory from 3rd Party Warehouses (3PL’s)

Administrative and task assistance as set forth by the plant manager.

Intimate knowledge of ACC production and process - Inside Dessert Holdings: Interact with immediate team & production employees, supervisors & staff.

Physical Requirements - Move objects of up to 40 lbs.; Position self to designated working area; Operate standard office equipment; Communicate effectively with fellow employees & clients; Assess daily tasks & achieve them in a timely manner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse management and material scanning and handling.

Previous experience in using (ERP)
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers.

Proactive problem-solving skills
-
Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods.

Intermediate Microsoft office skills (excel, word, power point).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
-
Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or technical field

Knowledge of ERP transaction auditing and interpretation methods.

Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task.

Detail orientated and excellent analytical and project management skills.

Bilingual with English and Spanish

Hands-on and team oriented

Focused on being continuous improvement oriented.
