Good Care Agency Inc is seeking a full time Home Care Coordinator in Brooklyn.
Job Responsibilities:
· Scheduling and coordinating day to day duties of home health aides.
· Maintaining positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and family members.
· Matching caregivers according to patients’ schedule and needs.
· Ensuring that services are provided as prescribed by the patients' Plan of Care.
· Performing basic office functions, such as scanning, faxing, filing and data entry.
· Preparing all required documentation.
Requirements:
· A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
· Must be authorized to work in the US.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Bilingual English/Russian.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy.
· Strong organizational skills and time management.
· Willingness to be a team player, and assist colleagues with their tasks/duties, when necessary.
Experience is desirable, but not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
