We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team, specializing in troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should excel in solving problems, possess strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.
- Use our CRM system to document and monitor customer issues.
- Work with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
- Demonstrates patience and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT support, or a related field.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
