Everest Gymnastics Training Center is seeking Coaches that are committed, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to staff our growing AAU, Xcel, Pre Team and Compulsory programs.
Everest Gymnastics hopes to make a difference in the lives of our students. Our purpose and goal is to safely develop happy, healthy, and confident children. Safety is the biggest component and top priority in all of our programs that we require our staff to provide. We are willing to train the right people and will offer continuous training in our program!

Requirements:
*Must love working and having fun with children of all ages
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Must have a background in gymnastics, preferably with coaching experience
*Must have a reliable means of transportation
*Must complete USAG Professional membership, background check, and training courses within a set timeline.
*Must complete Everest's ProActive Training within a set timeline.
Competitive Team Coach Duties:
*Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
*Ability to travel to competitions with the team is a plus
*Be a leader of safety, education, and fun to help build a positive environment for growth.
*Communicate clearly and with top customer service to peers, parents and students
*Coach, mentor, and be a positive influence to children while coaching skills and demonstrating safe spotting techniques
*Treat the facility with care and consideration by engaging and completing assigned cleaning tasks.
*Take attendance and keep updated rosters and headcount.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- After school
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Gymnastics Coaching: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- USA Gymnastics Professional Membership (Preferred)
