Role Description

To be successful in this role as a Learning & Development Instructional Designer, one must share this passion. The position is entirely remote, with a preference for candidates located in California or Colorado, although it is not a requirement.
This role will:
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop e-learning content, logos and other designs
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
In this role you must have:
- A proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bilingual -Spanish
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED
- 1+ year(s) developing and designing e-Learning content
- Ability to work in an organized manner, multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle constant ebb and flow of work volume; self-motivated, flexible and professional even when under pressure
- Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues
- Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare Industry knowledge
- Graphic design or videography
- Audio/video editing and/or narration
- Articulate 360
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suites
- LMS familiarity
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for eLearnings, newsletters, Outlook email templates, etc.

Compensation: $30-$32; may be eligible for bonus
Pay is based on a number of factors including years of relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. Ensign Services is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
