We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in two key areas: spearheading international sales growth with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets, and providing support to our domestic sales team. You will play a vital role in developing relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving sales through effective communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to exceeding goals.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage client relationships across cultures
- Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate product/service value in both English and Spanish (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and a willingness to learn about different business practices.
Experience working with clients in Latin America or other Spanish-speaking regions.
- Experience with similar products/services in our industry.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish.
- Experience collaborating with a domestic sales team.
- Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans, particularly for international markets.
