Job Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Admin will manage all accounting tasks, communicate with customers, work closely with project managers, and offer support to field personnel as needed. This position will report directly to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections on past-due accounts
- AIA billings
- Entry and maintenance of work in process
- Track and add new projects to our database
- Reporting of Certified Payroll
- Obtain and manage pre-liens, lien releases, and certificates of insurance.
- Sales Tax - Multistate experience preferred Commissions Tracking
- Job Costing
- Billing Forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Answer Phones

Education and Experience:
- Two plus years of construction accounting experience required.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects.

Skills Required:
- Candidates must have excellent computer skills and effectively use the following computer programs:
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- QuickBooks experience is a must.
Hours and Benefits:
- 7am to 4pm, Monday-Friday.
