Collections and Customer Service Representative
Glick Management is a medium-sized management company that prides itself in offering a lot of opportunity for it's employees. We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team in the Collections and Customer Service Representative role.
Required schedule: 40 hours. Working Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
OFF: Sunday & Monday
Reporting Relationship:
Reports to the Manager of the Collections Department
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone, and make calls to customers
- Evaluate information about customers who have not paid and make payment arrangements
- Maintain log of payment promises and important account details; schedule payment arrangements and follow-up communication with customers
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Accept and process payments from customers
- Assist with office work in the department as directed by the Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in an assertive and kind manner
- The desire and ability to work independently and manage a workload that contains time-sensitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Work Hours:
Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm. OFF: Sunday, and Monday
Pay:
$21.00/hour
