Office Assistant (Entry-Level) (With Training)
$15.00 per hour to start plus great company-sponsored benefits and tons of room for growth!
As Office Assistant, you will:
- Join a specialist in the Insurance Industry
- Receive complete training
- Learn the services of the firm
- Be trained to use the database
- Learn to review and code documentation and transactions
- Enter transactions into the database
- Learn to update insurance policy information
- Learn to manage the policy renewal process
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as requested
Once trained, you will have the opportunity to advance into Customer Service and:
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Assist with onboarding for new clients
- Support the policy administration process
- Walk customers through the policy renewal process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 6 months of Customer Service experience in any environment [retail, hospitality, food service, office, etc.]
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Basic math skills
Pluses:
- +++ An interest in learning about the insurance industry
- +++ At least one year of experience in an office environment
- +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
