Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on customer satisfaction and financial gain.
- Connect and establish relationships and marketing opportunities with healthcare provider and organizations as well as community groups.
- Conduct market reaserach to target new business and clients
- Organize and meet potential clients and referrals sources in a given territory
- Set and manage priorities with healthcare providers to increase referral source volumes.
- Build long term relationship with clients, referral source and maintain them
- Arrange and meet with clients and new referral sources.
- Provides weekly status reports of all site visits, phone calls and other sales activities.
Requirements:
- At least an associate degree in public health or marketing related field or at least one solid year of proven Home Healthcare marketing.
- Proven experience in health care business development
- At least one year experience in customer support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS office and ability to build rapport with office, corporate and community organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self motivator, result driven and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Solid knowledge on home health care trends

Pay: $38,362.00 - $48,934.00 per year
