Job Summary:
The Area Director of Service is a dynamic hybrid role that combines on-site field responsibilities with operational management. This position involves a significant portion (70%) of fieldwork, focusing on quality control. Additionally, 30% of the role entails sales follow-ups, customer visits for quality assurance, and strengthening customer relations. Reporting to the Director of Service, this role is essential in aligning our company vision with practical operational excellence and is vital to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee and participate in field operations, including quality control visits, ensuring high standards of work by our pool professional service team.
- Foster seamless communication and execution of directives from the management team, ensuring alignment between corporate and field operations.
- Supervise Pool Service Professionals to ensure delivery of a top-tier customer experience, consistent with our esteemed standards.
- Conduct sales follow-ups and customer visits for quality assurance, contributing to business growth and customer relationship building.
- Uphold and propagate a safety-first culture across all operational activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pool Service, with a focus on field operations.
- Proven track record in training and supporting service teams in a field environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goals in both operational and sales capacities.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Salesforce experience is advantageous.
