The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is the premiere membership organization for those dedicated to the learning and talent development industry. The ATD Global department supports ATD’s mission by delivering services to international members, facilitating regional and country-specific events abroad, and forging strategic partnerships with organizations beyond the U.S. Our primary objective is to foster the global expansion of ATD products, services, and events.
This Role…
We are seeking a dynamic and highly engaged individual with Arabic language skills to join our expanding Global team. As a Global Education Specialist for the Middle East at ATD, you will be instrumental in providing resources to support our international clients. If you possess a high level of multicultural emotional intelligence (EQ) and robust administrative skills, we invite you to be a part of our team!
Specifically, the key initiatives you will support in this role include:
Supporting our international education partners’ deliveries by confirming the participant list, coordinating with the facilitator(s), setting the schedule, and other training logistics.
Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of our virtual and in-person global training deliveries.
Liaising with ATD global partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of our training schedule.
Scheduling and helping lead regular check-ins with partners to discuss progress, address concerns/requests, and update delivery plan if needed.
Preparing and distributing training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to the audience.
Communicating with ATD global partners, ensuring clear and continuous communication and alignment of training schedule.
Providing customer support to international learners and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Liaising with ATD marketing team to facilitate and communicate promotional activities with our partners.
Coordinating logistics for ATD global events including collecting speaker bios and materials, confirming speaker availability, and other logistics.
Managing the logistics and team administrative tasks including inventory and supply management, shipping, and invoicing.
About You…
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant work experience will be considered
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administering education and corporate training or other years of coordinator or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience in using Learning Management Systems
Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Thrives in a fast-paced and cross-functional work environment
Cross-cultural communication skills
Fluency in Arabic is required
Experience working in the Middle East is a plus

We’re a collaborative team of 16 with team members located in the US, Canada, China, and the UAE.
Our goal is to support ATD’s global expansion by providing services to international members, bringing international members and delegations to ATD’s events, and making ATD’s products and resources available outside of the U.S. through various partnerships.
