Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation and service areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
