The Rose is currently seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) External Mobile Coordinator for our Mobile Department to attend mobile screening events at locations outside of The Rose headquarters. You will be assisting our Mobile Technicians and Transportation specialist. Responsibilities
-
Assist in general set unit set up for patient services.

Maintaining the coach to present a professional and clean environment.

Coordinate the screening process to include intake of patient information, provide education
-
Collect, verify and enter patient information into information systems.

Process payments/issue receipts and maintain event records/logs.

Ensure eligibility of sponsored patients

Collect required documentation

Assist site coordinators

Provide customer service and identify & solve patient issues

Coordinate with team prior to events
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of customer service, public speaking, outreach, or in the medical field

Bi-Lingual, Spanish & English, required
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Able to travel Houston and surrounding counties
Experience//Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or related field
