We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Coordinator to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that involves creating and supporting safety initiatives in Colorado. The Safety Coordinator will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain effective communication with leaders and teammates. The Safety Coordinator will need to identify trends within different teams to deploy necessary training for. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Create and support safety initiatives in all 5 of our Colorado locations as well as in-field safety initiatives.

Identify training/coaching opportunities for teams who operate in the office as well as in the field.
- Design, manage and conduct Safety Audits and supply reporting to leaders.
- Lead monthly Safety Committee meetings

Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Support digital OSHA recordkeeping practices, and database analysis (ex. training records, vehicle inventories)

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations

Participation with field safety support and company safety culture

Proficient in compliance, safety procedures & protocols

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Experience/ Education

Experience in Safety/Health, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field

Having any certifications, example - Certified Risk Manager (CRM); Associate in Risk Management (ARM); Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) – or willingness to pursue
