What will I do?
- Daily operations of call center and its employees
- Management of Lead Generator in Home Depot Stores
- Train, develop, and hold your team accountable
- Conduct 1 to 1s with direct reports and coach them
- Manage and meet 3 day call board goals consistently
- Manage and meet daily revenue goals for dispatch department
- Review: Booking percentage goals weekly to see if goals are met, call recordings to ensure accurate classifications, and calls to ensure CSRs and DSRs are following scripts (daily).
- Takes inbound calls
- Makes outbound calls when goals are not met
- Create outbound call lists and strategies to bring in more customers.
- Manages the answering service and all call booking related.
- Manage all web lead sources and booking customers from those sources.
- Hiring and training Call Center Representatives
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and managing customer satisfaction
- Available for phone coaching to CSR's or Dispatch during their shifts
- Work with dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
- Manages all customer communications and updates.
- Collaborate with Management in Daily Huddle's on KPIs and planning
Do I have what it takes?
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Detail oriented person that is very organized
- Experience in coaching, training, discipline, and employee reviews
- Fast typer (At least 50 WPM)
- Excellent with technology and experience using CRM's
- Follow our tobacco policy
- Background Check Required
