Seeking an energetic Manager of Clinical Services to serve as a strategic partner in the operations of Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program for both children and adults. The Manager of Clinical Services will ensure quality care is provided to our patients by developing, implementing, and directing behavioral health treatment programs for Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Functions include but are not limited to:
- Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans, and independent decision-making for programs requiring clinical expertise.
- Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination, and supervision to the staff.
- Develop, plan, and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment.
- Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service.
- Provide health education to patients, staff, and practitioners within the area of specialty. Develops, implements, and promotes specified health education to the general campus community as appropriate.
- Ensures that procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations, and standards of care.
Educational/Licensure/Skills Requirement:
- Master's degree in behavioral or mental health or a closely related field.
- Four or more years of experience working with the child/adult patient population is required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
- Current and valid license to practice as a Social Worker or Counselor.
- Current and valid CPR certification is required or can be obtained at the facility upon hire.
- Current and valid CPI certification required or can be obtained at the facility upon hire.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
