Job Duration: Routine Maintenance
Job Schedule: 40 hours - 5/8's (Monday - Friday)
Rate: $38.00 - $45.00 (depending on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities of Instrument Planner (including but not limited to):
- Procedure experience involving instrumentation
- Read and understand safety procedures regarding monthly PMS and Safety checks
- Must have good understanding of how to create and/or save work orders by downloading information for annual use
- Ability to communicate and follow direction per unit supervisors request
- Interact with key members of the project team and client organization to develop overall project construction plans and master schedules, as well as detailed system turnover schedules
- Develop EPC schedules using P6 software in an enterprise environment in collaboration with procurement, construction, and client representatives. Baseline existing projects to schedule and cost parameters and metrics
- Create WBS, Activity Coding, User-Defined Fields, and fully utilize other technical aspects of P6 software to develop detailed EPC schedules using full CPM techniques and resource loading
- Must have ability to understand and analyze durations and logic of all phases of the EPC project to ensure credibility of the schedule and to clearly convey critical and near-critical paths
- Provide scenario “what if” planning and quantitative risk analysis of schedule
- Provide leadership in interactive planning sessions and host/attend schedule review meetings with project management, clients and other stakeholders
- Set up, prepare and maintain weekly/monthly project and program reports including quantitative progress and analysis, schedule performance, cost forecasting, cash flow forecasting
- Possess ability to direct and lead others, clearly convey information, actively communicate and work in a collaborative environment
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attend required and refresher training related to company and regulatory compliance
- Clerical/administrative duties related to task or project documentation
- Attend safety training as directed
- Must comply with all safety and company rules and regulations
- Employee must be able to travel to and from the jobsite via personal vehicle or other public form of transportation
Required skills/qualifications of Instrument Planner:
- Experience with SAP engineering software
- 5 years instrumentation field experience
- Ability to be a team player and handle multiple work fronts
