We need you to be available all weekdays with some flexibility on the weekends. We strive to be as streamlined, paperless, and automated as possible with our operations to avoid you any unpaid busy work. We use best-of-industry software on tablets for all plan building, data recording, and reporting (No Binders). We provide you a laptop and give you a budget for each client for materials to spend at your discretion.
This is a hybrid in-office, in-home, work from home position. You will be in our Temecula office 2-3 days per week and you will be traveling to homes for initial assessments and when needed. It's their job to supervise BIs, update programs under your guidance, do onsite parent training, manage case materials, and write the rough drafts of progress reports for insurance. We want to utilize your expertise by managing cases from a high level and not get bogged down by busy work.
