Supply Side USA, a supply chain and distribution company of packaging and related products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good listening skills will be the keys to success as the customer base consist of Fortune 500 companies and large retail chains.
Position responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Process customer service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Help customers navigate our website & place orders online.
- Submit product quotations.
- Process product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
- Supply Side USA will provide:
- A detailed training schedule to understand our customers, company, and products.
- Exposure to the functional areas throughout our company, including customer service, account management, product merchandising, marketing, billing, and web marketing.
Ideal candidates will be:
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and basic web applications.
- Eager to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Have at least two years answering customer service inquiries and placing orders by phone.
