This job is hybrid, but there will be time required to be in the office. We meet weekly on Wednesday as a team to review projects. There's a second day or two in the office for a weekly 1:1, as well as team meetings to review client accounts. The rest of your work week will be structured around the needs of the client, current projects, and the needs of the team.
About the Job
Fierce Creative Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing company, and we are looking for someone who is looking to grow with us.
The Account Manager will work closely with sales to help onboard our clients and then manage the relationship and results of the marketing plan put into place. We are seeking someone who is looking to take their career to the next level. This position will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, and providing support to our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by meeting with them on a bi-weekly or monthly meeting schedule. During these meetings you will manage the marketing plan put into place by the Fierce Sales & Strategy team, as well as ensure that they are satisfied with the service at Fierce Creative Solutions
- Provide details on the performance of Fierce Creative Solutions products and services during regularly scheduled meetings
- Build relationships and trust with customers by providing excellent customer service and receiving special requests before their needs are met
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure the customer has a positive experience
- Keep records of customer interactions, files, and documents
- Assist in creating marketing plans and strategies
- Meet with clients annually to review the plan for the upcoming year, establishing a budget and exploring all the marketing options available to them
- Provide a friendly environment by being open-minded about new ideas, providing unique experiences, and being flexible
- Work in collaboration with Fierce team to analyze results including: social media, digital advertising, graphic design, sales and more
- Work with media vendors to request quotes and recommend solutions to your assigned accounts
Training
- Training period in the office or with mentor 100% of the week
- After mastery of responsibilities a hybrid work schedule will be offered
- 6 months to 1 year mentorship program with the COO
- Shadow digital marketing, social media management, web development and graphic design teams to understand their workflows and processes and how they impact the client
