WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The service advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships and selling the technician's time. They greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection, sell and upsell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionalbe experience with the customer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and interpret customer needs for the techs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience by providing the highest level of customer service.
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions of customers vehicle. Affectively and effectively handle 15-25 repair orders per day.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Prior automotive dealership experience as a service advisor IS REQUIRED. Chevy experience is a huge plus. You must have computer proficient and have a valid drivers liscense.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
