We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our restoration team. As a Field Technician, you will assist the Lead Technician in implementing plans to sort and inventory all contents of homes affected by fire and/or water damage. This position is entry-level, and training will be provided to ensure your success. No prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Site Plans:
- Follow detailed plans developed by the Lead Technician for inventorying and removing all specified contents from affected homes.
- Assist in determining the optimal order for removing various content types and the best room-by-room approach.
- Packing and Inventory:
- Efficiently and thoroughly pack out contents according to how items are to be cleaned or restored.
- Ensure all items are accurately inventoried and documented.
- Execution and Efficiency:
- Work quickly and accurately, following instructions from the Lead Technician.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all items are correctly handled and documented.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
