Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Financial PlannerTM to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial planning concepts, and a passion for helping clients achieve financial success. You will be responsible for providing holistic financial planning advice, developing customized financial solutions, implementing those solutions for clients and building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other members of the advisory team, including tax professionals, estate planning attorneys, and insurance specialists, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including analysis of their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop personalized financial plans encompassing areas such as retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance analysis.
- Implement recommended strategies and provide ongoing monitoring and adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with clients' evolving financial objectives.
- Educate clients on complex financial concepts and investment strategies in a clear and understandable manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and investment management.
Qualifications:
- Certified Certified Financial PlannerTM required
- Series 7 required
- Series 66 required
- Life insurance license required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, retirement planning strategies, estate planning techniques, investments, and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of MoneyGuide Pro a plus
