Job description:
Guest service associates are responsible for many of the day to day functions of a hotel. They are often the first and last person a guest will see or talk to during their stay. They must own customer complaints and follow them through to completion. They are responsible for checking people in, making reservations, and checking people out. This is a position with opportunity to improve in many skills and advance into a career position.
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must be confident working alone and with others
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be comfortable learning and working on a computer
- Must have good phone etiquette skills
- Must be able to stand for long hours
- Must be flexible with hours, willing to work nights and weekends
- Must have good clerical skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and/or pre-screening
-Must be willing to learn to and operate our front desk and bar

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
