- Previous Project Coordination and Construction experience is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Read construction documents and comprehend quantities, items, and locations.
- Understand construction means and methods.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Sage 300 and Sage Paperless (Preferred)
- Ability to operate an electronic tablet, laptop computer, and smartphone.
- Ability to learn new technology.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
To read and interpret documents such as construction specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. To correspond with peers, clients and vendors clearly and professionally. Ability to speak effectively before project stakeholders.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensively interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
