- Lead and co-lead Psychiatric Educational groups, driving therapeutic outcomes and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in various settings, utilizing knowledge of behavioral health and psychiatric care.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize communication skills to establish rapport with patients and their families.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide education on mental health issues.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to ethical standards in nursing practice.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in Mental Health/ Behavioral Health/ Addictions/ Detox/ Rehab/ Psychiatric care.
- Current OH or Compact RN License.
- ADN or BSN from an accredited program (ACEN, CCNE, CNEA).
