We are seeking a skilled Hiring and Training Manager to join our team. The Hiring and Training Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent for our Esthetics department and facilitating training programs for our staff in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing for Waxing Specialists for Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, Tampa, and Los Angeles
- Work with Management to determine studio needs for waxing specialists
- Place recruiting ads to fill gaps where needed
- Phone screen applicants for fit
- Conduct in-person and zoom technical interviews
- Conduct in-person and zoom service orientation/onboarding
- Help to create a strategy to grow waxing business
- Help to create an approach to building a new client base for waxing
- Develop plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals for waxing revenue and gross margin
- Oversee quality of Waxing Specialists for Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, Tampa, and Los Angeles
- Perform bi-annual quality assessments on all Waxing Specialists to ensure performance is to MiniLuxe standards (timing, protocol)
- Perform quality assessments on all Waxing Specialists who receive poor feedback to determine gaps and training needs
- Work with Studio Directors to determine development plans and/or performance management for any Waxing Specialists not performing to MiniLuxe standards
- Update manual as needed as service protocols/products change and Evolve
- Ensure all studios have most up to date copy in electronic form
- Cascades all relevant information regarding waxing from HQ to the field
- Acts as point person for all things waxing (products, protocols, Waxing Specialists)
- Researches and proposes new products/services/trends that relate to waxing and esthetics
Experience:
- Any state Esthetic License
- Recruiting and Training experience
- Proven experience in beauty and wellness industry practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the esthetic industry and esthetic procedures.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices.
- Proficiency in salon software systems.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
