Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computer skills to handle data entry and maintain records
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as needed
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and scheduling appointments
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in order entry, computerized systems, and general office tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
