Daily Responsibilities:
Assisting Customers and Business Partners:
- Handling inquiries, requests, and issues via phone and email.
- Providing information on services, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Handling Complaints:
- Addressing customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Working to find solutions that satisfy customers and maintain the company's reputation.
- Problem Solving:
- Diagnosing and assessing issues customers or partners may have.
- Finding and implementing solutions efficiently.
- Monitoring Delivery Routes:
- Keeping an eye on the progress of delivery routes.
- Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Scanning and Verifying:
- Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps for accurate records.
- Order Management:
- Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders promptly and accurately.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
