Your Role:
As the face of CULT Aesthetics, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued patients. Your warm smile, professionalism, and exceptional service will set the tone for their entire experience. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, and ensuring our patients feel pampered and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:
- Greet every patient with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer patient inquiries with expertise, providing information about our services and treatments.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, reflecting the high standards of CULT Aesthetics.
- Verify and update patient information, records, and consent forms with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Communication and Teamwork:
- Collaborate closely with the practice administrator, clinical staff, and colleagues to ensure a harmonious and efficient clinic environment.
- Communicate patient feedback, concerns, and special requests to the appropriate team members with clarity and professionalism.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Patient Confidentiality:
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for patient information, adhering to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Ensure the security of patient records and sensitive information.
- Aesthetic Knowledge:
- Become an expert on the aesthetics services and treatments offered by CULT Aesthetics.
- Educate patients about procedures, products, and post-treatment care with confidence and clarity.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products to provide the most relevant information to our patients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in an aesthetics or healthcare setting.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records (EMR). Experience with Zenoti is a plus.
- Presentation: A professional appearance that aligns with the upscale image of CULT Aesthetics.
