Position: Part-Time Online Store, Social Media, and Administrative Assistant
Location: [In Person & Remote)
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, with potential for increase

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team part-time, assisting with our online store, social media management, and various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Store Management:
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and inventory on our e-commerce platform.
- Process orders, manage shipping, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional strategies and special offers.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Respond to comments and messages, engaging with our community to build and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor social media trends and report on performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, customer interactions, and office activities.
- Support the team with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, social media management, and/or administrative support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), social media tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Knowledge of the hemp/wellness industry is a plus
