JOB PURPOSE :
The Sales and Marketing Executive’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, developing pricing and marketing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
The Sales and Marketing Executive’s represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
The compensation structure will be weighted in favor of job performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Increase Sales Revenue indirectly through a combination of existing services through new package offers, through new customers with existing services and package offers
· Responsible for planning, implementing, standardizing and managing marketing strategy along with CMO, Board of Directors and Business Directors to include expanding scope that would yield increase in revenue, increase market share, increase geographical areas
· Responsible for achieving Group’s growth targets
· Responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving agreed quantified objectives
· Responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives and overseeing related third party service providers
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel internationally (mainly Canada and South and Central America)
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
ü PRE-REQUISITE – Maritime Industry Background in Sales with minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience
ü A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
ü Experience in management may be advantageous.
ü Strong closing skills
ü Ability to present multiple product lines
ü Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
ü Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
