SUMMARY
The Assistant Station Leader will oversee a multi-site operation, supporting company goals and objectives. This role involves directing and leading a team to deliver Airline Ground Transportation Services, partnering with the Station Leader to develop a team of accountable professionals focused on outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead team members responsible for transportation and schedule management.
- Operate the business unit by reporting on revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
- Promote a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety policies.
- Prepare and execute effective daily and weekly work schedules based on business needs.
- Achieve “Raving Fan” service levels and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure timely communication and response to internal/external reports, including MOR, FCR, HR, and incident reports.
- Direct recruitment and training to maintain a qualified and accountable team.
- Oversee the Performance Management process, including performance assessments and training plans.
- Develop a team committed to SkyHop Global values and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and completion of vehicle maintenance and regular audits.
- Enforce office policies and procedures among all team members.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Strong working relationships with internal departments and customers.
- Passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Experience in addressing customer needs and maintaining operational excellence.
- Ability to prioritize, manage work schedules, projects, and relationships.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Fluency in English; a second language is helpful.
- 2-3 years of experience in transportation or related industries.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
