**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
**Duties:**
Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and upgrades
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of facility assets
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and contracts
Assist in the monitoring of facility budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Supports security measures, including access control systems and surveillance cameras
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and address issues as they arise
Collaborate with department managers to support their facility-related needs and initiatives
Assist in remodeling or construction efforts as assigned by department Manager
Perform any and all duties as assigned by department Manager
**Requirements:**
Knowledge of drive forklift is a plus
Knowledge of drive truck is a plus
Knowledge of facility management best practices and principles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emergencies
Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Speak Vietnamese,Chinese, Taiwanese is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
College diploma or equivalent
At least 1 years of experience in facilities maintenance, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and vendor management
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
